Face problems and happiness in life equally!

As you go on the path of Yoga, keep observing all the events that happen to you without thinking they are going to effect you or you can change them. Just observe them harming you (the body, the identity you carry in this world), making you happy.
This is an amazing experience, imagine something is making you(self) happy or unhappy and you are unmoved by it.
No experience is as bliss as this. Try it and see your(self).

One needs to understand the difference between yourself and your's self. self is that which is inside the body and the body is not that self.

On the path of yoga what is the next step!

         The foremost thing is to not engage into things which are not directing one to yoga. Like everyday activities of self and around should be done with a sense of duty and not to get involved, since then the tributaries of thought and deed will increase away from yoga.
